Must be 25 to rent Please keep front door and sliding patio door shut to ensure AC does not freeze and stop working One Parking pass per unit from March 1st- Labor Day. If second vehicle is needed, it will be required to park at the overflow lot. Please rinse sandy toys at designated wash stations and hang up wet towels No items hung on balcony railings Do not throw items or spill liquids over balcony Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. No exceptions, Wristbands are required and must be worn at all times. Ages 12 and over. No trailer parking.
